By opting in to receive SMS messages from EQ Messenger, you understand and agree that:

- Consent is not a condition for purchasing any goods or services.
- EQ Messenger does not charge for SMS messages, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- Message frequency varies based on organizational needs and events.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Data and Privacy
We do not share your SMS opt-in status or phone number with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing our messaging services. We may share personal data with service providers, platform operators, and delivery vendors solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service

Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Message delivery depends on mobile carrier networks and other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or delivery failures.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQ Messenger and Asan Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to direct damages only.
